Did a great job. Only thing is I went in for an oil change, and he changed the cabin filter without calling me and asking I wanted it done. That is not a standard thing that is part of an oil change. It was an extra expense I didn’t budget for. Being a single mom I keep a budget and unexpected expenses can make it hard.

Everyone needs a mechanic who they can trust. A vehicle that stops working correctly at the wrong time is something I never want, particularly when we're taxiing the little ones around. I trust Larry.

Larry was wonderful! We were visiting our daughter at ISU and our van stopped working suddenly. I called an auto shop close to campus and they were booked. They referred me to Eastman - said that Larry would take care of me...and he did. Initially he said they couldn't look at it because they were booked, but because we were stuck (out of town) he still took care of me. He arranged a tow and quickly got a new alternator and battery installed so that we could head home. Forever grateful!

I went in without an appointment and worried about how my car was acting. Larry was fantastic, proactive, and always takes care of everything I need. Excellent service, great prices!

Honest on assessment, very reasonable pricing and efficient with repairs. And they are nice people. I plan to use them for all available services in the future.
