Throughout my 4 years in Ames I have ran into many different car problems from engine work, suspension, alignment, sensors and even my wheel almost completely breaking off. Larry has always shown initiative to squeeze me into his schedule and has never taken longer than a day to get my vehicle back to me. Always realistic and honest with prices. No BS type of guy. Highly recommend.

Larry is an honest mechanic who can fix or maintain most anything, but he only fixes what needs to be repaired. Like I said, he's honest.

Making a review in hopes that it'll give someone else some assurance since I didn't see any regarding this particular service! I had my EGR Valve replaced on a 2008 Pontiac Torrent. Average time (according to Google) is 1.5hrs and the same frame was given when I dropped my car off; picked it up sooner than that with 30 min shaved off (granted the EGR Valve is easily accessible for my make & model) and the price is pretty fair I think ($136 pre-tax & $145 after). However, I did buy the part myself at a different automotive store so your guesstimate might be different. Pretty at ease overall, straightforward & in and out. Car sounds and feels like it's better already.

Eastman auto is great. In getting your car in and out in a timely manner and a fair price compared to other places around. Larry is a very honest person. I won’t take our cars anywhere else.
