Great and honest service always!

Larry was swamped right before Memorial Day weekend, when I arrived. In spite of being busy, he was super helpful and offered me advice and contacted the company I had my warranty through to get my tires replaced. He was prompt and not once did I feel like I needed to call to check in on the progress. He called me directly after the holiday to schedule my 4 tires to be put on. I absolutely would recommend!!

Truly awesome experience. My daughters car needed brake lines replaced graduation weekend and Larry came in on Sunday to finish so we could get on the road much ealier than expected. Very good communication. customer service and expert mechanic. I would recommend everyone go to this shop for thier repairs.

Purchased a used vehicle from Carvana recently & Eastman was the only shop in Ames Carvana’s warranty co Silver Rock uses. Larry inspected the vehicle for me after I purchased it, found a few items that needed repairs covered under the purchase warranty. Larry submitted the claims to SR & got the repairs done quickly! I’m glad that I found this shop & will be using them on a regular basis from now on! He also gave me a vehicle to drive to work while mine was in the shop. I highly recommend them!
