Ames Auto Repair

Purchased a used vehicle from Carvana recently & Eastman was the only shop in Ames Carvana’s warranty co Silver Rock uses. Larry inspected the vehicle for me after I purchased it, found a few items that needed repairs covered under the purchase warranty. Larry submitted the claims to SR & got the repairs done quickly! I’m glad that I found this shop & will be using them on a regular basis from now on! He also gave me a vehicle to drive to work while mine was in the shop. I highly recommend them!

We were over 400 miles away from home when one of the front axles of our 4-wheel drive pickup failed. Truck was drivable (barely), but not safe. Found Eastman's number online and gave them a call. NOTE: This was just before 5:00 PM on a Friday afternoon! Larry answered and, after listening to our dilemma, said to bring it to the shop. He called by 9:15 the next morning (Saturday) and said it was fixed and ready to go. Not only was the repair done more quickly than we expected, the price was reasonable as well. We were VERY thankful to find an honest man who didn't try to take advantage of our situation. Definitely an answer to prayer!

I replaced 2 tires due to an emergency, and they provided very good service!
